Welcome to inlingua Victoria College of Languages and Careers! We are an Official British Council Test Centre providing IELTS test and an Official Paragon Test Centre providing CELPIP test to Greater Victoria and Vancouver Island. We strive to ensure that all our candidates receive a consistently positive personable experience when they register for the tests, on the test day and after they receive their test results. Our dedicated Test Centre team is organized, friendly and provides strong support to all test takers to keep the test day running smoothly.

Conveniently located in downtown Victoria on Government Street, inlingua Victoria test Centre is steps away from the inner Harbour of Victoria in the heart of Downtown and close to all major bus routes. For those travelling to the centre by car, inlingua Victoria has an underground parkade and lots of other parking nearby.
